Freshly baked, slow-fermented focaccia delivered to your door. Just like my loaves, my focaccias are slow-fermented for a perfect bubbly tang and topped with high-quality ingredients for a flavour explosion.

The ultimate party essential. Whether you’re serving 48 crowd-pleasing sliders or 12 hearty sandwiches, my focaccia slabs are designed for easy hosting (and they’re freezer-friendly, too!). Each slab measures 40cm x 30cm and is delivered cut in half in two pizza boxes.

Choose between my savoury, spicy, and sweet options: Rosemary Garlic, Chilli Oil and Sesame, Cinnamon Sugar Glazed.

Because the sourdough process takes time, I need a minimum of 48 hours notice to get a focaccia bubbling away and ready for your event. Fill out a request form below and I’ll get back to you ASAP regarding my availability.

If you are outside these zones, the system will prevent checkout to ensure bread stays fresh and local.

Bakery Subscription Policy

  1. Ordering & Deadlines: Focaccia is baked to order and requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Sending through an Order Request does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

  2. Payment: Once your focaccia order has been confirmed by email, payment instructions will be provided for bank transfer and payment is due prior to the accepted focaccia delivery date. Please let me know if you intend to pay in cash upon delivery instead.

  3. Delivery & Access: Slabs are delivered cut in half and packaged in two pizza boxes. By selecting the delivery option, you agree to provide a safe, dry place for our driver to leave your bread (e.g., a porch or delivery box) if you are not home.

  4. Perishable Goods: As bread is a fresh, perishable product, I cannot offer refunds or redelivery for missed deliveries where the driver could not gain access or where no safe drop-off point was provided.

  5. Local Zone Restriction: Subscriptions and one-off purchases are strictly limited to our 5034, 5032, 5036, and 5391 delivery zones. Orders placed outside these zones will be cancelled and refunded minus any processing fees.
