Through a careful weeks-long process, I hand-harvest sea salt from our pristine waters, infusing each loaf with the pure, mineral-rich flavours that make our location so unique.

What started years ago as a passionate hobby – experimenting with traditional recipes and perfecting my craft – has now blossomed into a business that celebrates the incredible natural ingredients right on our doorstep. As a busy mum of two, I've discovered that turning my love of baking into something more has brought new joy to both my kitchen and our community.
