Our secret starts with a carefully tended sourdough starter, enhanced with rye flour for that perfect tangy note. We add a touch of wholemeal flour for substance and a splash of quality canola oil to keep the crumb soft and fresh for days. The result? A loaf that's satisfying without being heavy, complex without being complicated.
We give each loaf three full days to develop. No shortcuts, no rush. During this time, natural yeasts slowly ferment the dough, transforming the flours to make nutrients more available and easier to digest. It's the difference between mass-produced bread and something made with intention—bread that's as good for you as it tastes.
